At VIP Roermond and VIP for Kids we offer both physical and digital gift vouchers. Our physical gift vouchers are only available and can be used in our stores.

We do not offer post-payment or payment in installments. All purchases must be paid immediately via the usual payment methods .

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code by email. With this code you can track your package. You can also find the track and trace code in your account on viproermond.com.
First check the location of your package with the track and trace code. Your package may have been delivered to a delivery point. Do you have any questions? Feel free to contact us via WhatsApp
Under the 'Delivery' heading, select the 'Collect' option. We will contact you as soon as your package is ready for collection.
Yes, that's possible! You can specify a different delivery address when placing your order. Please note: we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Returns
To exchange and/or return your order, you must request your return within 48 hours of receipt.
Below you will find a detailed step-by-step plan on how to exchange and/or return
Log in to your customer account and click on "Request a return".
Select the item(s) you want to return, indicate the reason for the return, and follow the steps to complete the return request.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a shipping label from us to return the item(s). It is necessary to attach your invoice before returning the package, and make sure the green tag is intact ; if it is broken, the return cannot be accepted.
We expect you to pack the item(s) correctly, preferably in the same box in which it was received. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once we have received and approved your return, the item(s) will either be exchanged for another item or size (at no additional cost), or the money will be refunded to your account, with a €4.95 administrative fee deducted from the amount to be refunded.
